Seasonal Employment Opportunities Apart from seasonal workers we have a full crew at the moment Servers Requirements Customer service oriented, legal age to mix and serve drinks, Bondable, able to work as part of a team, good mathematical skills, able to work flexible hours, use of computerized cash register, must be reliable and dependable. Duties Serve food and beverage, present bills to customers and accept various forms of payment, describe menu items and advise on selections, mix and serve various alcoholic beverages, clear and clean tables, replenish condiments and other supplies, balance cash and record sales, enforce liquor legislation and regulations Assistant Cook Requirements Detail oriented, work with minimal supervision in a fast paste environment, decision making and organizational skills, knowledge of legislation and regulations for the food service industry, must be reliable and dependable, WHMIS & Safe Food Handlers courses are an asset, experience is a definite asset (but not required) for this position. Duties Prepare and cook individual meals for a full service restaurant, maintain inventory and records of all food/supplies/equipment, clean and sanitise kitchen and all work areas, assist with preparation of food (vegetables, soups, meats) for the following day and special events.
